VPM2.0.3 Acquire Update
Hi,
To take a long time to AquireUpdate first time, I want to do ,divided into the
plural.
However, it seems not to be able to stop AquireUpdate on the way.
How should I stop it?
Moreover, does the next AquireUpdate start from the previous end?
Regards,
dc01

Re: VPM2.0.3 Acquire Update
Hello dc01,
Yes, you can stop an acquire going to Tasks & Logs > View Taks Results menu, and then select the acquire task and stop it.
Regarding the next acquire, it is going to start right away the previous one has finished only if you make a scheduled task, otherwise there is no next acquire.
Thanks,
Lucas

Re: VPM2.0.3 Acquire Update
Hello,
I apologize, but via tasks & logs you can't stop the acquire.
In fact, there are three possibilities to stop an acquire. You can either:
- Restart the system; or
- Manually kill the mvdkit.exe process in the task manager; or
- Manually restart the Radia Management Agent, Radia Integration Server (httpd) and Radia Messaging Server (rms) services in the service manager.
Thanks,
Lucas

Re: VPM2.0.3 Acquire Update
Hi,Lucas
Thank you for teaching.
After all, Aquire ended in three hours and 30 minutes.
The Aquire service did not have to be stopped on the way.
However, information from Lucas is effective for the future.
