Web JetAdmin integration with HPSIM

I've just installed the Web JetAdmin product to my HPSIM server, but am unable to even get it up and running. It displays 'authorization failed', the credentials you entered were incorrect' when I enter the https://:8443
I used the service account password when prompted for the 'administrator' password during the install. Wrong thing to do? Is it looking for a domain admin password?

I attached some files that may help. I'm not a JetAdmin expert but in the past I login to the JetDirect device (which is not tied to the doamin).
