Weekend Maintenance Schedule

Is it possible to setup a collection of servers to disable alerting on Saturday or Sunday for 4 hours during a Maintenance Window. Then after 4 hours the server re-enable monitoring.

You can do this in a roundabout way:

1. Go to Options -> Events -> Automatic Event Handling -> New Task...

2. Name your task, select All Events, All Systems, Clear the Event.

3. Using the Time Filter, set up your maintenance window.

4. Click Next, Next, enable the task.

Although your systems may still fire events, this will clear them as quickly as they come in, preventing pages/alerts/etc.
