Why NetWare Cluster is in unknown state?

There is a 2-node cluster on NetWare 6.0 SP5, Cluster Services 1.6. PSP 7.20 for Novell NetWare has installed. Insight Manager Agents have loaded on servers. Why the status of NetWare Cluster in Insight Manager is "unknown"?

I have the same problem. NetWare cluster, and the status is "unknown" and all I see is the question marks.

Hey HP SIM Gurus, can you help us?? I read that for MS Clusters it's necessary to add some special to Insgiht Agent settings in Control Panel. May be is it necessary to do similar action in NetWare settings?
