Windows 2003 sp1 cannot discover in SIM5

What is the best way to discover the Windows 2003sp1?

Do I have to install SNMP in all my Windows 2003 to monitor it?

I have to add it manully and not good have couple of those OS.

To monitor W2k3 with SIM5 you have to do the following steps:

- Check the Windows services if you can find the SNMP service. If not install SNMP!
- configure SNMP Community Names as necessary. At least leave the public ReadOnly.
- Add your SIM5 server to the "Accept SNMP packets from these hosts" list or configure "Accept SNMP packets from any host"
- Install HP Insight Agents if not installed already
- Run discovery from SIM5
