Windows 2008

Hi everyone just installed my first server with Windows 2008. I downloaded the latest PSP
psp-8.15b.w2k8.i386 Ran through the install and after reboot I do not see any HP management homepage nor do I see the network teaming icon in the task bar. All the services appear to be running and and I opened the install one again and verified that the homepage and nic drivers and everythign was installed.
did I do something wrong?
