Wrong time in e-mail notification
Where can I set the correct time in the "Received:" and "Discoverd date:" fields in the e-mail notification called "Event Identification and Details"?
I always get the same time which seems to be when IM7 was first installed.

Re: Wrong time in e-mail notification
The Discovered date will not change for Servers once they've been discovered. It really is the date HPSIM first found the Servers on the network.
What seems to be at fault is your query, what information are you trying to get alerted on.
I have a couple of fairly generic notifications, based on Critical and Major uncleared events. They are indicative of a change in the infrastructure.

Re: Wrong time in e-mail notification
Hi!
Thank you for your reply!
OK. Discoverd date will never change, I can understand that. But "Received:" should be the time of reception, wright?
The attaced file describes an event that happened on the 15th of april at 09:26 local time in Sweden.
