Re: Array Controller Cache Status Changed to not configured Error on G9 server
Hello there, this could be related to 2 things, first, that the Cache hasn't been configured, so go ahead and check this document:
https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=c03297789&docLocale=en_US
The second option is that there is a hardware failure, either on the cache module or on the battery, and needs to be replaced.
Try to check the IML log to seek for more details and for the spare part number.
Best regards.

Re: Array Controller Cache Status Changed to not configured Error on G9 server
The HP Smart Storage Administrator (HP SSA) software should detect the Smart Array P440ar controller on your server, and you can use it to configure and manage the RAID arrays.
If the ACU is not detecting the controller, it could be due to compatibility issues with the version of the ACU utility or operating system you are using. It is possible that the Smart Array P440ar controller requires a newer version of the ACU utility than what you have installed.
To verify compatibility, you can check the release notes for the ACU and Smart Array P440ar controller firmware versions. You can download the latest firmware for your controller from the HPE website and update the firmware using the Smart Update Manager (SUM).
Alternatively, you can try using the HP SSA software to manage the controller. The HP SSA software should detect the controller, and you can use it to configure and manage the RAID arrays.
You can download the HP SSA software from the HPE website
Hope this helps! Let me know...
