Re: CLI Command for HSS

Hi,

I think HSS means "Home Subscriber Server", am I right?

Could you please tell us what is the Operating System OR software version you are using.

You may also take a look at this "HPE Home Subscriber Server (HSS/I-HSS) Software"

Thank You!

Re: CLI Command for HSS

Hi,

Thankyou for confirming this, can you give some examples like, what cli commands you are looking for, what do you want to accomplish through CLI commands?

If you are looking for RHEL cli commands, its here.

Re: CLI Command for HSS

@Suman_1978

command like how to run a backup of the system.  The command that I show and try to run get an error everytime.  The command I am trying to use is "bin/SSC run DBbackup".  I get he error that "no such file or directory".  I am logged in as the "Root" user.  I ran a df -h -T and verified that the directories are listed for db_Vol, q_vol, and db_backup_vol..  What am I missing?

Thanks

Mike

Re: CLI Command for HSS

Hi,

May be you should look into this/these guides available at HPE Portal, but it requires a login.

HPE I-HSS VNF Operations and Utilities Guide.

Database backup and restore command

–  Non-DIT DBbackup command

This command backs up the non-DIT database on the Provisioning and Utility VNFC (for more information, refer tothe HPE I-HSS VNF Operations and Utilities Guide).

Syntax: SSC run DBbackup

Target: vnfcprovutil

–  Non-DIT DBrestore command

This command restores the non-DIT database on the Provisioning and Utility VNFC (for more information, refer to the HPE I-HSS VNF Operations and Utilities Guide).

Syntax: SSC run DBrestore

Target: vnfcprovutil

Thank You!
