Compaq UPS
Hi
This is a long shot but I need new batteries for a Compaq UPS. There are no model numbers front or back and we cannot take the UPS out of the rack without taking the whole rack offline. There is only one number on the front that look like a serial number with a barcode, e00082967. It is an older style Compaq UPS with the buttons and indicators in the middle. The front cover needs to be unscrewed to access the batteries which are installed on the left hand side. Can anyone get me closer to finding which model it is before I tell my customer I have to down all his servers.
Any help much appreciated.
Regards
Andy (UK)
