Console Switch

I have a Primary 8 Port (2-Way) KVM Console Switch. Connected to that switch is another 7 more KVM Switches of which 5 of them are 8 Port (2-Way) KVM Switch and the other two is 8 Port (1-Way) KVM Switch.
What the problem is that, when you reboot any server thats connected to any of the 7 KVM swiches, The swiches reset them sefl!!!!
To get them back, you have to turn off all the 8 switches for few minutes before turning them back on. They are already on the latest Firmware.
Any help would be appreciated.
