Thanks for the info. In Chrisâ s defense, the documentation (CD) that came with the HP R3000 XR has a software overview page that links to compaq's web site. Iâ m suppose to go here to get the information that I need to get the UPS configured! However, I get â Compaq Support has moved â , so good luck finding that information.

Re: Default UPS Password
Phillip,
If you have the Rack and Power Management Pack 2.1 CD, the links under "Support" should point you to the correct websites. If you don't have the CD handy, here is the URL for UPS at www.hp.com/products/ups. Click on "Technical Support" link for support.
Thanks,
Steve
