Good evening, I have a HP proliant ml 310e gen8 server with a B120i disk controller with 4 non-hot-pluggable disks (bay 1 1TB, bay 2 500GB, bay 3 1TB and bay 4 500GB) I have configured a raid 10 and currently the disk on bay 2 is down. I would like to change the disk with a 1TB disk. What should I do to not lose my data?

SolutionHi @sombemile ,
Before replacing the disk please check if the disk is supported by the the server and then you have to take back up of RAID configuration and data before replacement.
