G7 Server page missing???

Hi everyone,

I am currently working on a DL360 G7 server and need some drivers.

Whoever I can't find the product page for it. The same with the DL380. Links to the page from other pages also just lead to "product not found".

However every other generation can be found. Does anyone know where the G7 product support and driver page went to?

Use below link:-

In search bar you can type the server model and search. Then filter the operating system, Firmware/Driver and it would list all the available fw and drivers. Or you can also search for individual component by the same method as above.

@Bunsol Yeah,

but that doesn't help, or rather isn't what I mean. Any other generation has a specific product page with ALL the drivers and firmwares for that model.

That search entry throws back only 1 driver, but using the SPP for Gen7 i can find more than 10 different drivers for WS2012.

And that is not mentioning all the other features of the product page like manuals, parts overview etc.

Now I am aware that this product was EOL in 2018 and one can find them if you look hard enough, but considering the fact that even G3 product pages are still up (https://support.hpe.com/connect/s/product?cep=on&kmpmoid=316529&tab=manualsAndGuides) I think this must be some sort of bug?

You might have to check individually for each component.

I'm facing the same issue as well. Seems like the Proliant DL380 G7 page wasn't transferred in the latest support site overhaul. I remember being able to access it last year, but now all of my bookmarks lead to "product not found". Same thing when I click the Product Name link from My Products in the Support Center.

Every other generation other than G7 has product pages.
