HP Server Console Switch Problem

Hi ,

I' currently using 2X16 HP Server COnsole switch (336045-b21). The problem is i could not control a PC ( win 2K server OS)via keyboard or mouse. The port is working perfectly ok, since i managed to test it on other server or PC. Basically, the PC just didn't detect keyboard or mouse presence.

Please help .

Did you reboot after changing out the keyboard and mouse? My belief is that it may be necessary with "plug and pray".

Yes ..i did..the pc came with an error message like " keyboard is not detected"
