HPE Proliant Microserver Gen10 Plus
Hi,
We have recently purchased a HPE Proliant Microserver Gen10 Plus. I've installed 4x 2TB SSD's from PNY and set it all up in RAID 5 on a HPE Smart Array E208i-p SR Gen10. Everything is up to date but I keep constantly getting overheating errors from ILO saying the SSD's are overheating. They are not- I can touch them and they are room temperature whereas ILO keeps reporting remperatured over 60C. What this means is that the fan speed goes to 100% and the entire thing sounds like a jet.
Slot 1 Smart Array - Drive(s) are overheated: Port 1I box 0 bay 2 (SATA) bay 3 (SATA) bay 4 (SATA)
How do I get iLO to report this correctly or ignore the temperatures on those drives?
Thanks

Re: HPE Proliant Microserver Gen10 Plus
Hello,
Ensuring that there is valid data backup, shutdown the server and remove the power cable from the server.
Reseat the hard drives and then power on the server and check if the issue is resolved.
Regards,
