I have an HP-DL380 g10 server, I want to install OS by Bootable Pendrive.

Hi,

From HPE you can use the "USB Key Utility for Windows" to copy OS ISO image onto USB key and then deploy OS.
If you need help on "Using the HPE USB Key Utility".
There are other non-hpe utilities also available.
