Power Advisor question
Hello,
I would like to know how to use Power Advisor in order to determine appropriate power supply wattage
Need to find appropriate power supply for:
HP Proliant DL380 G7 One 2.53 GHz x6 core 30GB RAM. 8x 300GB SAS SFF
Default power supply is 460W
If somebody can confirm that 460W will be enough for above config I will take it as is.
But I would like to know how to use PowerAdvisor for a single server (not RACK) power supply power calculation.
Please step by step (click by click :) ). Where is the break between 460W, 750W and 1200 W (2 proc, full disks cages)
Thanks,
Michael.
