relocation

We're going to be relocating to a new building. Will we have to have an HP
tech on site when we move the machines in order to keep our service contract
intact?

The best place to ask this question would be to your local HP support office,
but it always used to be that there should be an HP engineer to supervise a
move in order to adhere to the terms of the contract.
I would suggest you call the HP support office to verify this.
