SNMP V3 setting privacy protocol disabled
Hello,
we are trying to add SNMP V3 user with SHA Authentication protocol and DES privacy protocol. But the privacy protocol setting is set to AES, and it's greyed out. how to enable it and set it to DES protocol.
ILO Details: ILO5
Product Name ProLiant BL460c Gen10
System ROM I41 v2.22 (11/13/2019)
System ROM Date 11/13/2019
Redundant System ROM I41 v2.22 (11/13/2019)
Integrated Remote Console HTML5 .NET Java Web Start
iLO Firmware Version 2.10 Oct 30 2019
Encryption security setting is set to FIPS. (I can change it to CNSA only no other state or option enabled)
please guide me how to add SNMP v3 user with DES privacy protocol.
Thanks in Advance.

Re: SNMP V3 setting privacy protocol disabled
Hi,
Please refer to this guide, If iLO is configured to use the FIPS or CNSA security state, DES is not supported.
Also refer to Disabling the CNSA security state.
Thank You!
