System degraded
HP proliant DL160 gen9 server health led flashing amber, it is mentioned in the manual system degraded please advice what should i upgrade and how?

Hi,
1. Before we suggest any upgrade, please advice if you are seeing any errors in the IML.
If yes please share the same here.
2. What is the version of the BIOS and iLO firmware installed?
3. Do you observe any hiccups or any errors/issues while working on the server.
4. When did you observe this issue? Were there any changes made recently post which the health LED changed?
