UPS Management Module, lost functionality after firmware update
After updating firmware to 2.1.11 on an AF401A UPS Management Module, I can no longer add or edit currently attached devices nor can I control any of the load segments (power on/off/cycle) via the HTTP web interface. I can connect to the management module via the web interface & it shows the correct parameters for the UPS (mains & battery voltages, load etc),
I can add/edit & control devices attached to the UPS by telnet & via the configuration port with Hyperterm. I have done a “Restore Configuration to Manufacturer Settings” after updating firmware.
Hardware information
Management Module
Firmware Value
------------ --------
Net+OS: 7.2
Application: 2.1.11
HTTP: 4.04 PBuilder
BSP: 1.4.2
Bootloader: 1.4.2
Compiler: 3.4 (gcc)
UPS:
Model: T1000XR
Version: 2.03
Is there anything else I can do to restore full functionality to the card?
Thanks
Ian
