UPS settings

can someone check my settings,  we've had power outages and the UPS has worked fine,  then power is restored and we can relax,   then suddenly few hours later the UPS turns off output power, then turns it back on,  for no reason, or we have a setting wrong

UPS Load Segment 1 shutdown is activated, 

why doesnt this clear when power is back?

anyone able to help?
