Opendaylight basic question

I am new to Opendaylight and SDN. I have installed Opendaylight Oxygen 0.8.4 in my Ubunutu. I also installed the feature packages e.g. odl-restconf-all odl-l2switch-all odl-dlux-core in Opendaylight. In the Yang UI, I can only see 'operational' datastore and not 'config' datastore. Any suggestion how to fix this issue?
