How to test MSA 2050 for Hyper-V
A client has 1 MSA 2050 with 2 pools and each pool contains of 1 DG. The DG is a Raid5 and contains 9 x 1.2 TB disks. We notice disk latency on the VM’s which are stored on the MSA volumes. The MSA is FC connected to DL380 Proliant Server. The server OS is 2019.
I want to test and compare (on second MSA 2050 with ADS license) the current setup with SSD tiering setup. But what is the best way to do IO testing in order to get results and to be sure a new setup will give better results.

Re: How to test MSA 2050 for Hyper-V
This issue happened in one of our clients with a faulty FC SFP port.
Check for FC errors first.
