HPE Support in a nutshell

So i tried to get the new SPP for my servers and failed to download the package because of 404s. After that i called HPE and received an FTP link. Now im gettin 10,4 KB/s for 6 GB ...........

I remember that i tried to download the package a month ago with the same 404 errors .....

You need to get in touch with the suppor team.

send an email to: licensing.ams@hpe.com so they can reset something on your account.

Once they fix your account, you need to clear the browser's cookies and try again. It should work fine.

happens to me all the time.
