SSSU problem when connecting to System storage

Hi, everyone I have a problem with SSSU when connecting to system storage, the error message was show like this

Error: EMClientAPITNG error ->
EMCLIENTAPITNG_SOAPSERVER_RESPONSE_INVALID_ERROR : Invalid Soap Server Response.

I just promote the server to domain controller.
Before promote to domain controller it is work very well.

I am using EVA4000, SSSU version 4.0 & Command View EVA Version 4.0
