Network adapter compatibility

Hello dear all!

I am working as a pre-sale engineer in a IT Distribution company. And there is request for StoreEasy storage with sfp+ network adapter. The customer also wants to add sfp+ transcievers to the adapter, but there is no options to choose transcievers in the configuration of StoreEasy. And there is no compatible matrix in the internet or in the datasheets.

Could someone please help me to find compatible HPE SFP+ transcievers for the adapter:

Q2P92A HPE StoreEasy 10GbE 2-port 530SFP+ Adapter

May 455883-B21 be compatible ???

Which is the model of StoreEasy your customer is considering? or he is ok with any model that supports his expected compatibility?

The model is not the main point in this request. All models support just one type of sfp+ adapter, that is q2p92a

Hi,

As mentioned by Srinivas, you could check the individual quickspecs sheet of older model network cards like 530SFP+ for compatible transceiver information.

Below transceiver models should work:

HPE BladeSystem c-Class 10Gb SFP+ SR Transceiver: 455883-B21

HPE BladeSystem c-Class 10Gb SFP+ LR Transceiver: 455886-B21
