Cannot unload exchanger medium

Hi Team, we have Win2003 server as CM , Unix as client and EML 103e Tape Library.

We are taking Oracle Integration backup while running backup we are getting below error

[Minor] From: BMA@uigcdb11 "HP:Ultrium 4-SCSI_6" Time: 6/18/2013 12:29:32 AM [90:56] /dev/rtape/tape5_BESTn Cannot close device ([6] No such device or address)

[Major] From: BMA@uigcdb11 "HP:Ultrium 4-SCSI_6" Time: 6/18/2013 12:29:33 AM [90:64] By: UMA@dpcl101.uiic.in@scsi5:0:0:0 Cannot unload exchanger medium (Details unknown.)

Apart from this backup completed successfully. Please suggest to resolve this issue

First you should check the library and the logs from commandview tl to see if the box has a problem.

Apart from this particular backup. All other backups are running fine using the tape library drives

Post output on server uigcdb11:

#devbra -dev

or check if you have some stuck tape on library, or check comunication between MA y DA.

Did you receive the error again?

Looks like the tape was loaded on 6/17/2013 7:00:40 PM, data was written, data was written on Time: 6/18/2013 12:29:10 AM too, but then "disappeared" somehow.

Still we are facing the error. as DP support engi suggested to remove PHKL_41419( fs_spec cumulative patch.

I am checking is that anything apart from removing PHKL_41419( fs_spec cumulative patch
