critical Backup Problem

I have HP server DL 380 G5 with Windows Server 2003 connected with HP LTO4 for daily and weekly backup by windows ntbackup and everything is fine the backup is running with no problem on the same server .
the problem is when i'm trying to make restore from any tape had taken on this server on any other server the tape is ejected automatically after start loading and I can't make the restore out of the original server.
I've tried to use different tapes and changed the LTO drives between the servers and even no way still the same problem happen.
can any one help me in this issue??
