ERROR: 0x6 Unit Attention : 0x288d Unknown Additional Sense Code

HI All,

I am using MSL6000 Series Tape Library for day to day backup. I am getting ERROR: 0x6 Unit Attention : 0x288d Unknown Additional Sense Code frequently. Kindli help me on same.

Try to use LTT and get a support ticket in order to collect a bit more information
