I am receiveing the following errors on p4300 left hand. Faulty system board??

E010A0102:EID_NIC_LINK_DOWN

E010A0100:EID_NIC_LINK_UP

My logs are full of these errors.

could be anything... bad board, bad nic, bad switch, bad switch port, bad cable, loose cable, electrical interference on the cable, buffer underrun on the switch...  I would start with changing the cable and the switch port and see if that fixes the problem.  Also look for errors on the port for the switch.
