Finding Serial Numbers for Support

Hi all, 
I know this is probably the most basic and abusrd of questions.  However, I can't find the solution any where.  

I recently took over a postion where now I need to renew the support for our 3 Lefthand P4300 Nodes.  The problem is that I cannot find the serial numbers anywhere.  In CMC the motherboard and backplane say that they both are "info not available for this hardware platform".

The CMC version is 8.5

I know I need to upgrade and that is on my list of things to do.  However, I want to make sure I get support before starting the process of upgrading firmware, etc.
