HP VSA issue in Hyper V environment

Hii,
I am having issues in vm which created by hp VSA tool. It's not running properly. Is there any one who can help on this.

Can you please confirm if the VSA VM itself has issues?

 

or

 

Some or all the VMs running on VSA have issues?

 

Also, please elaborate the issue which is seen along with the configuration.
