Store Virtual P4500 - Quorum Volume Cannot Migrate

Hi Everyone!  I am reaching out because we have a serious issue with the quorum volume on StoreVirtual P4500.  We had 7 VSA's and lost one during power outage (power backplane went bad).  I replaced it and it came back online.  Unfortunately, it was trying to resync the volumes when the power outage occured and quorum volume was one. Getting this message when trying to remove that VSA from the Management Group:

The following management groups report that they contain this storyage system, but the storage system does not agree:
HPHASAN8 (10.11.12.8) - HPHA_HQ
To resolve this problem, contact Technical Support

Additionally, that bad VSA had an OS issue when it came back where it was not pinagable no matter what we do to the interfaces via console.  

All volumes show: Resyncing (Calculating%), Restriping (0%....) not available, restripe in progress because of cluster edit or miration

How can I get HP Support to login to these VSA to stop or clear the resync?  Or build a new quorum?

This issue might need indepth troubleshooting and would need a support Case raised.

We need to log into the backend of the Node and verify the status before removing the Node from Management Group.
