SV3200 controller unresponsive

Suddenly one of our controllers in our SV3200 started being unresponsive.

The working controller can't find the other controller, and the controller seems to end up in an endless reboot sequence after it has been reseeded.

 

Any ideas? I have created a support case for this, but no answer so far.

Shutdown the Controller with the help of recessed power button as attached in pic. Then open the Controller and physically disconnect and reconnect battery module.

@Kenneth-S ....did you got any help or solution for your issue? Do you need to replace the Controller?

Can you please help us to understand if the issue got resolved or not?

If issue got resolved then how?

We already tried the thing that you mentioned, and in the meantime HPE started the handling of our case.

They will replace the controller tomorrow, but as of now, our SAN is still running with one controller only. So it is not sovled yet.

Controller has been replaced, followed by a "restore peer" action.

1½ hour later from start of physical replacement to it worked again.
