SV3200 Trouble
For some reason after SV3200 has been running for a while, GUI comes up really slow and none of the admin login account works. SV3200 has been patched. What is the correct way to reboot at this point if we cannot even login?

if you can access haLO then try to restart Controllers from there. Commands as below,
poweroff controller 1
poweron controller 1
poweroff controller 2
poweron controller 2
if not able to login through haLO then try to restart controller one a time with the use of Recessed power button as shown in picture as attached.
