Dr. Crystal Dickerson MD with Spire Health Pathways is an IFM Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner. Here we bring together conventional medical practices as taught in medical schools across the United States and what is often termed “alternative” or “integrative” medicine tools which focus on the prevention of illness through diet, rest, and exercise. The focus is on vitality, which goes beyond just the absence of disease. Using scientific knowledge of the body’s biochemical and physiological processes along with advanced laboratory testing and diagnostic techniques, therapeutic plans are developed that use prescribed combinations of botanical medicines, supplements, therapeutic diets, detoxification programs, stress-management techniques, and prescription medications as needed. Established in 2022. Back in 2019, one of our Executives uncovered that medical conditions and diseases purported to be incurable could indeed be reversed! This led him on a journey through Functional Medicine. This journey ended with him reversing his autoimmune issues that had been progressing for 30 years and instilling a passion to build and operate a Functional Medicine practice! Spire Health Pathways is now a reality and taking new patients. Our passion is being positively impactful on the health of those willing to take action with us! We accomplish this by having the knowledge about why conditions, symptoms, or diseases were activated in each person and the paths to healing naturally!
