Berger, Kiyota, and Koditek provide primary care, emergency care, pediatric care, adult care, dry eye treatment, surgical co-management (cataract, LASIK), eyeglass and contact lens prescriptions, scleral lens fittings, and more. If it's eye-related, we can help! Our move in 2019 allowed us to create a spacious, comfortable office with the latest technology and Northern Colorado's largest frame selection.
