Accessing Mailbox Right
Hello!
I have a native domain AD win2003 (domain A) with a child domain B.
Exchange Server 2003 is into domain A.
In the standard "user" folder there are severeal users.
I create user on domain B with associate mailbox.
In the standard user folder i can't access the mailbox rights under the advance Exchange tab.
The error reads:
The action could not be compleated because the Microsoft Exchange Information Store is unavailable. Be sure the service is running and you have network connectivity to the Exchange Server Computer.
ID no.:c1041721
Microsoft Active Directory - Exchange Extension
What i can do for resolve the problem?

Re: Accessing Mailbox Right
Hi,
assuming you already ran forestprep and domainprep in domain A, then it's just a matter of running domainprep in your child domain B.
Cheers,
Rune
P.S. Also resist the urge to "restructure" where the groups "Exchange Domain Servers" and "Exchange Enterprise Servers" are located. Exchange only looks for these groups in the default location http://mostlyexchange.blogspot.com/2005/03/exchange-domain-servers-and-exchange.html
