Average data transaction volume per day

Average transaction volume per day (i.e. xxxx GB of data transacted to/from server). Ideally in 1 hr incremental.

Rationale: This will help us understand anticipated total load, and peaks and valleys.

perfmon.exe -> csv file -> excel ?
