Base System Device - Unknown - DL 380

the windows 2003 device manager lists under [others] base system devive - with a yellow (?) - are there any fixes or updates to solve this issue?

Go here: http://productfinder.support.hp.com/tps/ProductFinder?h_lang=en&h_cc=us&cc=us&h_page=hpcom&h_tool=software&h_query=dl380&submit.x=6&submit.y=5
then select the appropriate DL380 model. On the next page, click on Microsoft Windows Server 2003. If you haven't already done so, install the latest BIOS on the page that appears. If that doesn't solve the problem, consider installing the Support Pack.

If problem persists, try running the Diagnostics for Windows from the same page.

I am having the same problem and my BIOS is up to date

Install Support Pack 6.40 and it will solve the unknown driver problem.
