Certification Authority installation - import from backup
hello,
I'm trying to install a CA from a backup copy on a different machine from the one I backed up.
My CA environment is composed by an offline RootCA and one Subordinate that is the one I'm trying to bring up on another box.
I started the installation, choosed CA Subordinate and then selected "use custom settings to generate the key pair and ca certificate". Then I clicked on "Import" and I've choosed the directory where I have the backup.
The installation ended succesfully but when I've started my CA it replied me with:"the CRL server is offline".
Well, I know it!
I tried to connect the 2 boxes with a crosswire... nothing happens!
Is there anybody who knows how to import ca backup? I've also searched on microsoft support site... nothing.
Thanks a lot.
