Differences in 7.30A Support Pack

What are some of the major differences in Support pack 7.30A? I am running 7.2 just fine now on W2K3 SP1.....

Looks like it's mostly to fix some problems using the Smart Array P600 controller on WS 2003.

Occording to the revision doc, you've already done one of the work-arounds by applying SP1.
