DL 360 Upgrade Issues

Attempting to upgrade DL 360 G2 NT 4.0 Domain Controller. Blue screens every time.
Followed docs on hp site:

System BIOS has been updated.
OS Preference Set to Win2k / .NET server
Primer utility has been run.

Any ideas of other settings that may need to be addressed?
