DL360 and IBM storage array?

I have a DL360 with a 2 channel scsi card (5i), the operating system (server 2003) can see the IBM HD's in the IBM array, but the Compaq Array Utility just hangs when I try to configure it. Is there another way I can configure the IBM array?

Re: DL360 and IBM storage array?

What kind of IBM storage array is it?

Is it just a disk shelf? like an EXP400?

Is it the all in one controller/disk shelf like a DS300?

If you have a DS300, I think you need to use IBM's Storage Manager v9 even though it might be connected to a HP Smart Array.

If it is just an EXP400 (or similar), then ACU "should" work just fine.

Thank you for your response, but it looks like they are going to go with an MSA30 from compaq.
