Re: Event ID: 773
Do you use Performance Management Pack?
Agent Status, Insight Manager? Up to date
Some Services won't complete service and won't report Data Correctly â cause Server Hung and ASR will restart Server

Re: Event ID: 773
seems to imply that the error is coming from The Compaq Management Agents for Servers for Windows.
WaitForMultipleObjects is a Windows function:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dllproc/base/waitformultipleobjects.asp
Do you have the data that contains the error code?
You should go into Control Panel, System, Advanced, Startup and Recovery, Settings and set it to create a minidump file. Might be able to tell more with that.

Re: Event ID: 773
Yes, we solve the issue, but in a strange way! We reinstalled the system, which means we started with the ProLiant software, and followed with Windows Server OS. Probably, that is not the answer you wanted to hear, but that's what we did! The problem did not occur again, after the re-installation. We never figured out what was the matter.
