Exchange 2003 information store backup failure

Hi

Please can someone help me ! i have a windows 2003 exchange cluster configured but i realise that when i take the backup of the information store it fail after 8 mnt 37 second please find attached the error message

If you recognize one of the symptoms, try to move your Exchange resources to the other cluster server, as described in the KB.

If this resolves the problem, check your hardware on the failing server.
