Exchange 5.5 migration

I have exchange 5.5 running on a NT4 server, in a 2003 domain. I have a new 2003 server that I want to put Exchange 2003. Do I have to upgrade the old nt4 server to 2000 or 2003 in order to migrate the mailboxes?

Upgrade the server? No. Using the Mailbox merge wizard, you can launch it on the Exchange 2003/Windows 2003 server, and "merge" the mailboxes from your Exchange5.5/NT34 server.
