FRS and cluster

Hy.

Can i make an win 2003 cluster with FRS, using 2 machines without external storage ?

Not a microsoft cluster!
This doesn't work without shared external storage.

Yes you can replicate data from on system to the other, but then you have to use another machanism to lead your users to the active server.
DFS could be a solution to direct your clients to the "active" server.
